The
Hotel It is a luxurious five star hotel
which opened in May 2001 and has recently been
voted by TUI as one of the top 100 hotels in
the world. There are 82 rooms including six suites
all with their own balcony or terrace overlooking
the pool and beautifully landscaped gardens.
All bedrooms have air conditioning, safe, mini
bar, telephone, satellite tv, bath and shower
plus hair driers. Facilities on offer include
a heated indoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, gymnasium
and hairdressing salon. The spa offers a tremendous
range of health and beauty treatments so there
is plenty of opportunity to spoil yourself and
relax away from the bridge table. The hotel is
situated about 9km. south of Menorca's old capital
Cuitadella There are regular buses as well as
the hotel courtesy shuttle service which will
be timed around your programme. The resort has
a small harbour, numerous shops, restaurants
and is within easy walking distance of the two
sandy beaches of Son Xoriguer and Cala'n Bosch.
Dependant upon the time of year there are a number
water sports available or for the less energetic
plenty of pleasant level walks.
